you start by getting answers by not holding back too much, then you start feeling the emotions come through, and from there it doesnt take much to switch
It's possible she hasn't had enough chances to experience things to have an opinion yet. I'm wondering if the hope is you'll show her something new she will eventually find interesting
Tewi: It's good to have a plan that you practice IRL for when you become lucid, so you don't get distracted/carried away and lose lucidity. We like feeling textures (starting with our clothes, moving down to our legs, then observing the environment around us). Then your plans for what to do will vary, but they're important to have.(edited)

Spinning is something we've heard be useful before, it does tend to mess up/mix up the environment around you, but for whatever reason it seems to be helpful for grounding in the dream otherwise.

And a lot of people say that remembering that you are asleep in your bed and dreaming helps ground them a lot.

From there, practice whatever your decided plan is, and watch out for false awakenings - ALWAYS reality check (eg. pinch your nose and try to breathe through it) after waking from a lucid dream, never trust that you've actually woken up until one or two reality checks confirm it.

And then for dream control, essentially whatever it takes to believe things will happen. Believing your tulpa is just around the corner, or for us, believing that we will be in our wonderland house and so finding our way there - usually by believing a nearby door leads to our wonderland before opening it. You can also do silly tricks like believing a shiny rock on the ground will allow you to fly while you hold it, or etc. etc.
I used to practice dream control. I think I came to realize that the subconsious doesnt like to give up control. Dont try to FORCE the scene in the way you want. If you try to completely distrupt the dream by walking off the path it set out, you will get pushback. If you try to subtly manipulate the scene in small ways that dont disrupt the overall path, youll have much more success.

So dont just derail and walk off into a nearby forest. Instead try to bring your tulpas with you on your dream adventure. Its is much easier to include them in the dream scenes than to try forcing your own scene with them(edited)

But yeah, we have managed to believe that the door out of our room led to our wonderland before (though to be fair, our wonderland home has a door in the middle of the hallway specifically associated in waking life with being where we'd enter from a dream)(edited)
yeah, you can rewrite the scene of what will happen next, you just can't change things instantaneously via mental effort. it was always easier for me to go somewhere/see someone i wanted to by thinking "okay this door will lead me to x"
I’m going to make my tulpa an egg so when they become sapient they can choose their own appearance but I feel like I should still name them, do you guys know any gender-neutral names?

Usually what happens is after getting an orb or a ball the tulpa picks an anime chick form
I don't think the egg form will hurt anything, but it won't stop the inevitable host pleasing(edited)

There is no such thing as a universal standard for tulpamancy. It's normal to come across conflicting advice, go ahead and pick whatever makes most sense to you!
